Promotional art for an indie game I'm going art for, Sproggiwood. Presented is a very common occurrence in the game, plundering a pile of leaves to find a) gold b) loot c) trap d) lots of enemies. Or some combination of the previous. It's an interesting challenge to turn something fairly simplistic into a more complex painting that still has a clear connection to it's roots.
